Episode 154: Year in Review: A Simple Exercise for Visualizing 2024

Episode 154: Year in Review: A Simple Exercise for Visualizing 2024

December 25, 20232 min read

We are on the cusp of the New Year, which for many people often means thinking about all the changes we want to make and the new habits we want to create. We tend to focus on the negatives, but I’m proposing that we need to pay just as much attention, if not more, to all the wins you’ve experienced.

If you’re like me, you’ve spent years focusing on what’s missing, and it leaves us pretty miserable. It blocks any kind of momentum from building, and if you can instead celebrate all your wins and drop into deep gratitude and joy, 2024 is going to look a whole lot different.

Join me this week as I take you through my Year in Review exercise and explain why this is going to set you up with the right energy as you enter 2024. You’ll hear the value of acknowledging all your wins so far and imagining 2024 ahead of time, and questions that will guide you along this visualization process.

If you’re ready to do this work and start practicing unconditional commitment toward quitting your porn habit, sign up to work with me!

What You'll Learn from this Episode:

  • What happens when you only focus on what’s missing from your life.

  • An exercise that will set you up with the right energy to bring into 2024.

  • The importance of acknowledging all your noteworthy events and accomplishments.

  • Why you must include both porn and non-porn-related wins you’ve experienced.

  • How to focus on what you’re adding to your life, rather than what you’re losing out on.
