Episode 292: You’re Worthy Right Now
What if you didn’t have to change anything about yourself to be worthy? In this episode, I talk about why so many of us believe we have to earn worthiness through our actions, accomplishments, or the changes we make. But worthiness doesn’t come from your circumstances, your past, or what you do. It comes from the way you think about yourself.
I share why feeling worthy isn’t something you achieve after you quit porn or create the life you want, but something that helps you create those results. When you operate from a belief that you are not enough, shame keeps you stuck. When you learn to believe that you are worthy right now, you can show up for yourself from a place of love instead of trying to prove that you are good enough.
You’ll learn why worthiness is not dependent on your actions, how changing the way you see yourself can change the way you approach quitting porn, and why believing you are enough can become the foundation for meaningful change. This episode will help you practice seeing yourself through a new lens and recognize the possibility that your struggles do not change your worth.
