Overcome Pornography for Good with Sara Brewer | Heart vs. Head Learning

Episode 195: Heart vs. Head Learning

October 07, 20242 min read

If you’re anything like me, you like living in your head. I used to be someone who would just consume information, hoping to rationalize and understand everything that was happening to me. But sometimes, when we do this, we end up staying in our heads, missing out on the heart learning available to us.

Understanding the difference between head versus heart learning has been a crucial part of my own growth. The truth is, we don’t find answers in our heads. We find them in our heart. And when we find the answers in our heart, we can create real change in our lives.

Tune in this week to discover the important differences between head and heart learning. I share my experience of shifting from learning with my head to learning from the heart, and you’ll learn how to use heart learning to free yourself from pornography.
